Mr. Farouk Obeidat is the Founder and General Manager of "Nashwa for Audit" with distinguished experience in the field of financial auditing and consultation in Jordan and the Region. Mr. Obeidat has a BA in accounting from Al Azhar University in Cairo in the year 1969, and is a registered legal accountant and auditor in the Jordanian Legal Accountants Association in Jordan under license number (127) for more than 30 years now. Further, he is a registered financial advisor in the Amman Cassation Court since 1990.

QOSAI OBEIDAT is the founder of Obeidat for audit and tax services company. He has a diverse entrepreneurial background and started the company in 2011 when he decided he could simply do things better. As a partner in the firm, Qosai mainly focuses on business development and customer service
Qosai has an extensive background and shares his knowledge and experiences with his clients. He is particularly proud of the success of many of the companies he has advised, from start-ups to second and third generation.
Qosai has done a lot of arbitration cases and experiences with the courts and has a good reputation in this field
With more than 20 years of experience Qosai provides clients with a wide array of technical accounting, tax, financial, and tax planning expertise, as well as merger and acquisition transaction guidance.
Over the course of his career serving clients, Qosai has learned that becoming familiar with all aspects of a client’s operation produces more advantageous, creative solutions. MOHAMAD ALSHAMI joined Certified Auditors as a Partner bringing more than 20 years of experience to the firm. Before joining, Mohamad was Financial consultant and Finance Manager and internal auditor at many companies of various industries.
Mohamad provides advice to privately and public held companies, investment companies, family offices, non-profits entities. Mohamad provides assurance, tax compliance and planning, and consulting services including valuation and analysis, business process improvements and strategic planning.
Mohamad maintains that whether he is auditing financial statements, providing tax strategies or managing a due-diligence project, understanding and involvement in the client’s business are the keys to providing the most efficient level of service. He is committed to creating the proper group of professionals to assist clients in reaching their goals.
